Restore and Strengthen America's Constitutional Militias to Preserve and Protect American Freedom and Security against all Enemies foreign and domestic, Terrorist and Tyrant alike.
America can be both safe and free if we follow our Constitution and strengthen our Local Constitutional Militias. We do not need to be the policemen of the world with empirical troops stationed around the world. Just before America's First Revolution, it was said that the sun never set on the Tyrannical British Empire. Today, the sun never sets on the American Empire. After their experience with a tyrannical government thousands of miles away, they were sure to limit the use of standing armies - like the Redcoats Paul Revere warned the countryside about - to a period of two years. Now, American fighting forces are spread all around the globe fighting undeclared unConstitutional wars with no definable victory and the lowest troop morale in the history of our nation. The empirical path has failed us, like it failed Britain. It is time to learn from the lessons of history and reverse our course in foreign policy.
Our Founding Generation, after just fighting a bloody war on their own soil against their own Tyrannical government, made sure to limit the length of time any standing army could be raised to two years - and this only during a declared war.
America hasn't declared war since the East, Wind, Rain attack at Pearl Harbor. Yet the Military Industrial Complex that Ike warned us about in 1961 now accounts for trillions of dollars of the federal budget. It is time for a change. A real Change. A change in policy, not just a change in party, not just a change in rhetoric, not just the changing of one empty suit for another, a change in policy is required. And it's a simple one. Follow the Constitution. Declare the Wars with a Defined Victory. Or Bring Our Troops Home.

Win the War on Terror, with Liberty and Justice For All
On September Eleventh Two Thousand and One, cowardly terrorists who hate Our Freedom killed more than three-thousand Americans in an evil attempt to spread their ideology of fear, hatred, and oppression.. Many of those responsible have not yet been punished despite the fact that we know who and where they are. For instance, Mahmoud Ahmed, was one of the chief financiers of alleged lead hijacker Mohammed Atta. He was in Washington D.C. having breakfast with his co-conspirators on the morning of the attack. He escaped back to his native Pakistan and his group, the so-called ISI is now the chief financier of the two largest insurgency networks in Afghanistan.
It is time for We the People to apprehend and prosecute each and every one responsible for the attacks of September Eleventh in front a fully informed American jury until we are sure beyond a reasonable doubt that all of the terrorists have been brought to justice. No stone should be left unturned. No price too great. We owe it to those who perished and in whose names we seek justice.
First, we must find the answers to some disturbing questions. How did hijackers with boxcutters symmetrically collapse and pulverize three steel reinforced buildings with two aluminum planes in New York? And, how did the hijackers get NORAD to overrule standing operating procedure and prevent our fighter pilots from serving their country and doing their duty by intercepting the commercial passenger jets which were allowed to fly around off their scheduled course for more than an hour.
A growing number of informed Independent Historians, Architects, Engineers, Firemen, Pilots, Victims and their Families have all answered those questions by suggesting that the terrorist attacks were provided material aid and comfort by Dick Cheney, Rudolph Giuliani, Larry Silverstein, Marvin Bush, and other American citizens. All of these people have extensive contacts with a shadowy network of well financed secretive individuals and double agents who share an ideology of hatred and oppression. They all immensely benefited financially. Each are billionaires.
After the attacks, a group of pseudo-intellectuals who had expressed their intentions to invade Afghanistan, Iraq, and Iran in order to exercise hegemonic control over the entire region of the Middle East led the Bush Administration and the American people into an unnecessary and unConstitutional undeclared War. Donald Rumsfeld, Paul Wolfowitz, Dick Cheney, Jeb Bush, and others were all signatories to a “Project for a New American Century” think-tank treatise which indicated their support for a plan to invade and exercise hegemonic control over the Middle East by invading Iraq, Iran, and Afghanistan. To initiate the war, this group suggested that a Pearl Harbor like event would be necessary to galvanize American support behind this imperialistic invasion and occupation of Afghanistan, Iraq, and Iran.
Shortly after the attacks, indeed the day after the attacks, on 912, the Bush Administration was calling for an invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan. They ignored Saudi Arabia, where most of the hijackers were reportedly from, and Pakistan where most of the financing came from. Instead, in furtherance of their premeditated plans for empire in the Middle East, they began making the public case for an invasion of both Afghanistan and Iraq.
Officially, none of the hijackers were from Iraq. And none of the financing can be shown to have originated in Iraq. However, on 912, Saudi Arabia was officially known to be the home country of several of the alleged hijackers. There was no call to invade Saudi Arabia. Indeed, Saudi Arabian relatives of Osama Bin Laden were some of the first flights to take off after the attacks. They left America and went safely back to Saudi Arabia. Pakistan is the base of operations of the so-called ISI, which is the chief financier of both the hijackers and the Afghan insurgency. Yet, there was no call to invade Pakistan by the Bush Administration on 912. In 2011, Osama Bin Laden's compound was reportedly found in - Pakistan.
Instead of following the terrorist networks to the ends of the Earth and back to the gates of hades, the Bush Administration, in cooperation with the unConstitutional and wholly unnecessary so-called central intelligence agency, Manufactured Evidence and made a false argument for War to We the People. And, in our name, and the name of those who perished during the attacks, they have invaded Iraq and tens of thousands of innocent ordinary Iraqi citizens have lost their lives - or been tortured by Americans at Abu Gharib.
When my grandfathers fought in World War II, one in Europe, one in Japan, the American flag was a symbol of freedom and opportunity and hope. The people of France were much happier to see the American flag, than they were to see the German flag. And after the Americans got there, the French got to fly their own flag. And disgusting Vichy Water became fine Parisian Wine again.
The rest of the world already knows what too many Americans are too scared to admit - that the attacks on September Eleventh were given material aid and comfort by wealthy secretive members of a brotherhood of hate and oppression who had come to occupy high positions within the government of the so-called Land of the Free.
It is time for the facts to be submitted to a candid world. All those responsible and believed to be responsible must be captured and brought to stand trial in front of a fully informed jury. Some of the conspirators like Rudolph Giuliani and Larry Silverstein do not want an open, public, and fair trial for those accused of the attacks. They prefer that you trust them without question. That's not the American Way.
It is incumbent upon We the People to have such trials for two reasons. First, it is the right thing to do. In America, everyone is innocent until and unless proven guilty. Secondly, aside from being a natural right of all defendants, a fair and public trial will ensure that everyone the world over, especially the victims families, has confidence that all the terrorists have been brought to justice.
We the People have nothing to hide from an intense investigation and prosecution of all those with foreknowledge of the attacks and all those who later learned the true nature of the attacks but who gave material aid and comfort to the conspirators to help advance the inhuman aims of the terrorists who hate our freedom.
We can declare victory in the War on Terror when:
1. We have increased the amount of freedom We the People enjoy and that the terrorists hate.
2. We are sure beyond a reasonable doubt that all the terrorists have been brought to justice.
The surest way to prevent a future attack is to vigorously pursue those responsible for the previous attacks of September Eleventh. The surest way to preserve our freedom in the face of an attack is to expand our freedom, not pass draconian police state measures like the so-called patriot act in the dead of night.. We the People will not be scared into surrendering our freedom, even if the Establishment politicians want to surrender it without so much as a public reading of the surrender papers.
We can win this war. It does not need to be a generational struggle as the terrorists and terrorist sympathizers in Congress routinely argue. Despite the propaganda the evil ones create and disseminate, freedom can again reign supreme, here in the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave. It is in our hands. What would Samuel Whittemore do?
General Mahmoud Ahmed, head of the ISI centered in Pakistan gave 100,000 to alleged lead hijacker Mohammed Atta, shortly before the terrorist attacks of September 11th, 2001. Ahmed was having breakfast with his co-conspirators in Washington DC on the morning of September 11th. He evaded capture back to Pakistan. The biggest source of funding for the insurgent networks fighting our troops in Afghanistan came from the same ISI that funded the attacks of September 11th, according to General McChrystal. It is time to leave no stone unturned and capture Mahmoud Ahmed. He should be brought before a fully informed jury of New Yorkers to answer for the crimes he committed and to be provided with something his victims have been denied too long - justice.
A Jim Duensing Administration will leave no stone unturned in our attempt to finally Win the War on Terror. After a Republican and then a Democratic administration have both failed to bring the terrorists to justice and have both surrendered cherished and time honored freedoms to the terrorists, it is time to prosecute the terrorists until we are sure beyond a reasonable doubt that each and every one of the evil ones have been brought to justice.
Securing Peace and Friendly Relations with the Free People of Afghanistan
The American military invaded Afghanistan in an undeclared unConstitutional War. The first thing the American military did was not to go and get Mahmoud Ahmed or Osama Bin Laden, it was to establish a pipeline that American and British interest had unsuccessfully tried to get diplomatically. They installed Karzai to head the new nation. His brother oversaw the INCREASE in heroin production. Afghanistan, under American occupation now produces 40 times the amount of opium than it did before the American invasion. And, they say the illegal drug trade funds terrorism.
The people of Afghanistan do not favor returning to the Taliban. But, they are more opposed to continued American occupation of their homeland. As long as American occupational forces remain on the ground in Afghanistan, the Taliban is aided and abetted by American military actions.
The people of Afghanistan do not hate our freedom. The people of Afghanistan did not attack us on September Eleventh. Osama Bin Laden of the Saudi Royal family and Mahmoud Ahmed of Pakistan's secret government did. We can issue letters of Marque and Reprisal for Ahmed and any other suspected terrorists.
And, we could use the help and assistance of the people of Afghanistan in bringing the terrorists to justice. A Jim Duensing Administration will work to turn over the real reigns of power of the government of Afghanistan to the Free and Independent People of Afghanistan. Just as we will be reclaiming our own inalienable rights to self-government, we will work to turn Afghanistan over to its people. We will bring our troops home and leave behind a Free and self-governing nation which can be a friend and an ally to the American people for generations to come.
Securing Peace and Friendly Relations with the Free People of Iraq
Iraq had nothing to do with the attacks of September Eleventh. The American invasion of Iraq was sold to the American people on falsified evidence and fear mongering from the Bush Administration and their willing accomplices in the Democratic party who voted for the war despite it being clear that the Bush Administration was playing fast and loose with the facts and pursuing a plan for war irrespective of American interests.
The first Iraq war, Desert Storm, was engineered by George HW Bush. He instructed his ambassador to tell Saddam Hussein's government that America would view an Iraqi invasion of Kuwait as a regional dispute. Then, as soon as Iraq invaded Kuwait, George HW Bush reversed his course and used the encounter to strengthen the United Nations in his effort to bring about a New World Order through a collaborative multi-national invasion of Iraq.
Donald Rumsfeld sold chemical weapons to Saddam Hussein.
The current occupation in Iraq was a mistake - at best. At worst, it was a deliberate attempt by pro-government extremist control freaks to exert hegemonic control over the sovereign people of Iraq. We were wrong to invade. We must be strong enough to admit our mistakes.
Under a Jim Duensing Administration, we will do what Obama promised and what Ron Paul has been championing, Bring our Troops Home and let the people of Iraq govern themselves in accordance with their inalienable rights to self-governance.
Securing Peace and Friendly Relations with the Free People of Iran
Iran is an example of the problems with America's interventionist empirical foreign policy.
In 1953, the United States government, through the cia, overthrew the democratically elected government of Iran. In its place, they installed a dictator loyal to the American secret government. The usual suspects of Averill Harriman, the Dulles family, and Britain's MI6 were behind the operation, whcih directly benefited Anglo-American Oil, which later became British Petroleum, of Gulf of Mexico infamy.
The American secret government installed a tyrannically oppressive dictator - who allowed American and British oil interests to monopolize Iranian oil. This is very similar to what occurred with the installation of Karzai in Afghanistan after 911. The real goal was control of the conquered nation's natural resources.
In 1979, Ayatollah Khomeini became the leader of the nation of Iran after a rebellion by the people of Iran against the Anglo-American installed puppet government. As a result, the secret government from Brezinski to Rumsfeld began a campaign to arm Iraq's Saddam Hussein and encourage him to invade the nation of Iran.
Out of this came a ten year war and the Iran Contra affair. At the conclusion, Saddam Hussein and Iraq had an impressive military procured with American treasure.
The people of Iran are understandably upset at America and Britain's intervention in their domestic affairs. They understandably want to govern themselves.
Currently, the same people who disingenuously gave us every pretext under the sun to invade Iraq post September Eleventh, from a nuclear attack 45 minutes away to chemical weapons, are now trying to convince the American people - again without any credible evidence, that Iran is a nuclear threat. It is the same playbook by the same cabal that wants America to exert hegemonic control over the region.
Under a Jim Duensing Administration, Iran will not develop a nuclear weapon. America will not support Israel in any so-called pre-emptive strike against Iran. And America will remove our occupation forces from the region and bring them home to defend our own borders instead of engaging in undeclared wars and nation building efforts. We simply cannot afford another war - especially one potentially involving Russia and China - on the side of Iran.
Securing Peace and Friendly Relations with the Free People of Israel
Washington and Jefferson warned us about becoming entangled in European affairs and to stick to a foreign policy of peace and friendship with all friendly nations.
Must America support Israel no matter what it does?
Is Israel somehow a chosen state deserving America's blood and treasure?
No.
Israel is a construct of the kings and bankers of Europe. It's boundaries are imposed against the will of the Arabic peoples. It was a gift to European Jews after the Second World War, without having to give the Jewish people any European territory for the tyrannical atrocities of Hitler and his financiers. European attempts to create such a Jewish state go back to the 1880's when Cecil Rhodes pushed a plan to give European Jews a settlement in Africa.
After the Second World War in Europe and the creation of the United Nations, Israel was militarily occupied in 1947. Arab families were forced at gunpoint to abandon homes that their grandparents were born in. Jews with suitcases and European languages moved in despite the third commandment handed down to Moses - Thou Shalt not Steal. That is the nature of the hostilities over there, not religious intolerance.
We should not - at this point - be taking sides in the dispute about who the rightful owner of Israel is. That is for the Arabic people to decide. Not the American people. We have enough problems of our own here at home to worry about.
And for those who say we owe Israel our support because it is our only friend in the region, let's not forget the U.S.S. Liberty!
Israel was not acting as a friend when it torpedoed an American Navy ship, the U.S.S. Liberty, during Israel's 1967 war against Egypt. 34 Americans died. The ship was flying an American flag. It was clearly an American ship. But, Israel tried to send that “ship to the bottom of the ocean” as President Johnson said he also wanted. They were to blame the Egyptians and get America involved in a war in the Middle East back in 1967.
The American People must protect America and American interests First. Then, America should work to follow the advice of Jefferson and Washington and have friendly relations with all Free and Peaceful People and entangling alliances with none, including Israel
With respect to Israel specifically, we should immediately end all military aid to both Israel and the other Arab nations in the region. We should maintain an Embassy there and strive to make Israel and its neighbors in the region our friends - not our de facto enemies. Diplomatically, we should condemn any aggressive first strikes - or pre-emptive strikes - by any nation in the region. Militarily we should act only if American interests are jeopardized. Like say if our ship is torpedoed again.
Securing Peace and Friendly Relations with the Free People of Russia
In 1917, the Bolshevik Revolution replaced the czar. Trotsky was financed in this effort by Rockefeller money. Rockefeller is one of America's largest banking families.
The Socialist Revolution brought tyranny, starvation, and suffering to the people of Russia and Eastern Europe. The Soviet government purposefully starved dissident Ukrainian farmers to death to solidify their empirical power in the region.
After The Second World War in Europe, Russia and America entered into a Cold War, dividing a conquered Germany between them and stockpiling nuclear weapons and military hardware in an arms race based upon a mad policy of mutually assured destruction.
In Vietnam, it was Soviet officers who aided and abetted the North Vietnamese in torturing men like Jermiah Denton and James Stockdale.
By 1989, the Soviet Empire collapsed due to the inherent financial problems with collectivist command and control economies. During their collapse, some of the Soviet Union's nuclear weapons went missing - most likely sold by party officials to rogue states.
Now, the Soviet Union is ruled autocratically by Vladimir Putin, a former high ranking official of the Soviet Secret Government, the KGB. Putin has recently held sham elections that are largely distrusted by the people of Russia.
A Jim Duensing Administration will work diplomatically to call attention to the undemocratic nation state that is Russia and to help the people of Russia become a self-governing people.
No American Union
Long before NAFTA and GATT, there has been an effort by pro-government extremist control freaks in Byzantium D.C., Canada, and Mexico to erect a super state - a regional government like the European Union in America. They call it the American Union.
The precursor to the American Union is a transcontinental corridor including foreign owned highways and pipelines through the heart of our American nation. Such a scheme is an attempt to bypass American communities as goods move from China to Mexico through America to Canada. NAFTA and GATT worked to reduce the wage rates of those American factories which have not yet been shipped to Mexico or China.
Under a Jim Duensing Administration, America's national sovereignty will be defended against foreign, regional, and global governance schemes. There will be no American Union. There will never be an Amero.
No Draft
With troop morale at an all time low being caused by a combination of mandatory re-enlistment, and lack of support for an increasingly vague and amorphous never ending mission, a war with Iran, Russia, and China would likely bring a call for the re institution of the Blood Tax known as the draft.
The draft, the forcing of people to kill strangers against their will, is morally wrong and there is no provision in the Constitution allowing for it. Under a Duensing Administration, there will not be a draft under any circumstances. If it is necessary to raise troops to defend this nation, only volunteers will be accepted.
End the Hoplophobic Wars on our Rights of Personal Conscience - All of them - All at once
Hoplophobia is ruining America. Like most phobias, it is a psychological disorder based upon irrational fears.
Hoplophobia is the irrational ignorant fear of inanimate objects. The term comes down from the Greeks, where it meant, if literally translated, an irrational fear of instruments and weapons. Colonel Jeff Cooper is credited with popularizing the term in modern America. Colonel Cooper should also be remembered for his Color Code of Mental Awareness.
Hoplophobes believe that certain things are inherently bad and evil. They are scared of the rifle in your closet. They are scared of the thoughts in your head. And, they are scared of the flowers growing wild in Nature.
At the root of hoplophobia is fear. The hoplophobe is fearful, for instance, that if he had a pistol, he might go off in a fit of anger and shoot someone over a parking spot. He is afraid of his own inability to control his own actions. Since he is afraid of what he might do, he is afraid of what others might do. Since “they” might shoot him over a parking spot, someone must protect him from “them”. “Society” should, in the mind of the hoplophobe, prevent everyone from doing anything the hoplophobe fears doing himself.
And, to top it off, the most ignorant hoplophobes are also the most fearful, and thus the most dangerous. Some hoplophobes fear guns. Some fear books. Some fear plants and drugs. But, whatever they fear, they always call upon a pro-government extremist control freak to protect them from their imagined dangers.
To combat the Imagined Dangers of the hoplophobe, the pro-government extremist control freaks have created Pretended Offences. The longstanding theory of jurisprudence was that the claimant had to show an injury for which damages should be awarded. When the government became prosecutor in chief, replacing the private prosecution of torts with a “criminal code”, the courts began to do away with the requirement of the state to prove damages for certain “malum per se”crimes or inchoate offenses. These Pretended Offences, that are mentioned in Our Declaration of Independence as a reason for rebellion, make peaceful actions illegal, not because of an injury those actions actually cause any individual actual human, but merely because those actions have been declared illegal. To be sure, the rifle by the bedside of your average Minuteman in your average American Local Constitutional Militia can do great harm. As could the swords in the days of the Greeks. But, things, inanimate objects, cannot do any harm without an animating force. That means some willful human actor needs to do something with the inanimate objects the hoplophobe fears in order for those inanimate objects to do any harm. Guns don't jump off the table and shoot someone. Spoons won't make you fat. Extreme ideas cannot harm you. If wrong, they can be dismissed with logic. If correct, they can be the foundation for a new and better worldview. Regardless of what form, they may take, inanimate objects are powerless against willful beings like humans.
In America today, the big three areas where the hoplophobes have infested our society are the unConstitutional so-called war on guns, the unConstitutional so-called war on drugs, and the unConstitutional so-called war on terror.
The hoplophobic war on guns attempts to ban or regulate the right of the people to keep and bear arms in service of their Local Constitutional Militia. It ignores the fact that militia grade field weapons have a positive use and are indeed necessary to the security of a free state. It creates victims of government oppression out of peaceful informed people who merely wish to exercise what is their natural right.
The hoplophobic war on drugs attempts to ban or regulate the right of the people to choose what food they can eat, to choose their own medical treatments, and even what religious sacraments can be taken. It ignores the fact that we have an inalienable right from God to determine for ourselves our diets and our medical care. It creates victims of government oppression out of peaceful informed people who merely wish to exercise what is their natural right.
The hoplophobic war on terror attempts to ban or regulate the right of the people to govern themselves and even to have a meaningful voice in their own government. It ignores the real terrorists, conceding to their political demands, while allowing them to walk free and laugh at the victims' families requests for official investigations into the largest terrorist attack in American history.
We the People must immediately reclaim our inalienable rights to liberty and the autonomy of personal conscience by immediately abolishing all laws which regulate firearms, all laws which regulate what substances a free individual can ingest - even if it harms him, and all laws which regulate the peaceful political associations and peaceful behaviors of We the People as protected by our first amendment - even and especially if we strongly disagree with it.
In taking our country back, we must take away the power of the terrorists to fund their operations through black markets. We must take away their covert funding and their control over our neighborhoods gained through these unConstitutional wars.. A Jim Duensing Administration will honor and respect the inalienable rights of the American people and pursuant to the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 9th, and / or 10th Amendment a Jim Duensing Administration will protect the American people from the hoplophobes and their tyrannical irrationally ignorant wars on our liberties.
Abolish Byzantium DC
The District of Columbia should be wiped off the map. A centralized capitol has done nothing except create a centralized bureaucracy. With the modern technological powers of instant electronic communication, it is simply no longer necessary for us to have a centralized Byzantine capitol. Each of our representatives shall vote from their own district, surrounded by their own constituents.
No longer will politicians leave home and become part of the culture of Washington, because it simply will not exist. This will take an amendment to the Constitution. That amendment will also include increasing the number of representatives We the People have.
At the beginning of our country, there was one member of Congress for every 30,000 people. Now, one member of Congress represents about 700,000 people. As our representatives have become less accountable to We the People, they have become more beholden to special interests. It is long past time to take back our government starting with making our representatives vote in their own community surrounded by their actual constituents and making them more representative of and accountable to We the People.
Return the Power of the Purse to the States and Abolish the IRS
When our Constitution replaced the Articles of Confederation, the Drafters made sure that any taxes on the people were not to be raised directly from the people. Rather the States were to collect the taxes in proportion to their population as determined by a census held every ten years. The ideals of our Founders have been turned upon their head. Now, states use your tax money taken by the federal government - given down to your state government - to run advertisements at census time telling you to fill out your 200 pg census form so that the state gets more federal handouts handed down to it after the federal government is done taking a bite out of your hide.
The spending of the federal government and the audacity of their increasingly unConstitutional edicts have grown out of control exponentially since the power of the purse was ceded by the states to the federal government. It is time to put the cart back behind the horse. If the federal government wants money, it should get it the Constitutional way. Pass an expenditure bill. Tell the states their percentage. The states collect money from the people. The states give the money to the federal government. This balance of powers approach puts some checks back on a federal government that unchecked has grown way beyond its Constitutional britches.
Under a Jim Duensing Administration, the I.R.S. will be closed and the building sold - or made into a museum of 20th Century Tyranny. So as not to immediately increase our unemployment problem, the IRS agents will be given 6 months paid severance, during which time they will be on call to answer investigators questions as the likes of Joe Bannister, Irwin Schiff, and Dave Champion investigate the crimes of the IRS. No new federal taxation scheme, like an insidious national sales tax, will be implemented directly on the people. And, the states and the people will once again hold the purse strings to our nation.
Abolish the TSA
The TSA has not made us safer. It now consists of minimum wage employees jockeying for position at the viewing monitors of the pornoscopes, which can be easily defeated. The American people will not become safer by surrendering our freedom to the terrorists. That sort of appeasement encourages the Hitlers of the world.
Aside from rooting out all the terrorists responsible for the attack, We Americans need to stop acting like we are afraid of our own shadow. Americans in the Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave line up to be felt up or have their naked image taken for the “privilege” of flying across our free country. Lines of cattle or sheep being sent off to slaughter are more unruly, and they don't know where they are going.
Our nation was established to secure human freedom from all enemies - foreign and domestic. As a proud member of your local militia, it is your right and duty to see to it that freedom is not lost on our watch. Nazi style checkpoints and Tienanmen Square style crowd control must not be tolerated by the descendants of Samuel Whittemore, Sam Adams, and Paul Revere.
In the end, we are the government. It is our responsibility to secure Justice and Freedom, whatever the cost. Give me Liberty or Give Me Death, must be our battle cry. It is the only way we can be both safe and free.
We cannot be safe in a police state. A police state cannot prevent the evil ones who hate our freedom from attacking us again. It would be easier to sit on the couch and watch television than to finish the job our Founding Generation started more than two hundred years ago. But, We Americans have never settled merely for what was easiest or most expedient. Time and again, it was the American people who were willing to make the difficult sacrifices to secure freedom for ourselves and our posterity. It is our turn now.
Rather than submitting to inhuman police state tactics like sheep and cattle being inspected by the slaughter house, We the People must demand our absolute right to defend ourselves, our posterity, and our countrymen against terrorists and tyrants alike. If just one American Minuteman on each of those planes, had been armed and prepared to act in his own defense and the defense of our nation, he could have saved the lives of thousands of Americans on the morning of September Eleventh. And the war on terror could have been won before it even got started.
The TSA is one of the biggest victories of the Evil Ones who planned, carried out, and benefited from the attack. A Duensing Administration will reclaim the inalienable rights that our so-called representatives in Congress surrendered to the terrorists and abolish the TSA.
Fully Inform Juries
The absolute right to Trial by a Jury of one's peers was considered a fundamental right by our Founding Generation. It is a right that they believed had been enshrined since before the Magna Carta. A right so fundamental to preventing injustice that they enshrined it in the Federal Constitution and every state Constitution includes a specific section recognizing the cherished Right to a Trial by Jury.
Our Declaration of Independence listed denial of Trial by Jury as one of the tyrannical so-called king of England's offenses against the people of America. The Declaration of Independence also mentioned that the so-called king had transported colonists away from their homes to be tried for pretended offences.
There is no doubt that the malicious political persecution of William Penn and William Pitt was on the minds of Jefferson and the other signers of the Declaration of Independence. Penn and Pitt, for whom Pennsylvania and Pittsburgh were later named, had been charged with preaching without a license by the English Crown. They were engaged in expressing unapproved thoughts. Ideas which diverged from the officially accepted religion and against the tyrannical agents of the British Crown. They were charged with inciting violence for expressing their dissent.
The jury heard the facts of the case. Saw that there was no victim and there were no damages and refused to convict Penn and Pitt for the “crime” of preaching unapproved thoughts. The judge was so angered that he imprisoned the jurors and denied them food. After a while he asked them if their verdict was the same. It was. To this day, there is a shrine in Britain to the jury foreman who stood up for the right of jurors to decide both the facts and the justness of the law. In Britain it is referred to as Bushnell's case after the jury foreman.
Today, it is still considered “good law” by the professional legal class that juries have the right to judge both the facts and the law. But, it is well settled policy of our courts to deliberately lie to jurors about the nature of their rights and responsibilities as jurists. They are the sole decider of the case before the court. They are told that they can decide the facts, but must decide the law as the judge describes it to them. They are intentionally not informed of their rights, and intentionally misinformed about their responsibility to do what the judge says.
The judge in Pitt and Penn's case threatened and even imprisoned the jury to intimidate them into finding the way the Establishment wanted. As good Americans they followed their consciences and refused to convict good people for Pretended Offences. That right was enshrined in our Constitution because juries were a bulwark against tyrannical rule by the so-called king.
Today, the court system has become controlled by pro-government extremist control freaks who simply do not trust We the People with the rights and responsibilities of self-government. They believe that only a professional legal class is capable of understanding and interpreting laws. The rest of us - who apparently can't understand the laws - are subject to them and responsible only for rubber stamping the opinion of the prosecutor and the judge.
Additionally, in several instances, juries have been unConstitutionally eliminated altogether by the professional legal class. They argue that even though the Constitution guarantees the right of Trial by Jury in all criminal cases and in all civil cases over twenty dollars, the Founders couldn't have really meant all when they wrote all and they couldn't have meant 20 when they wrote 20 dollars. So, based on this specious reasoning they have ruled that some cases are not worthy of a jury. These are, inter alia, family law and criminal cases for which people can be imprisoned for less than a year. This one year imprisonment rule has no basis in the Constitution, Indeed, there isn't even a rational basis for it. But, the lack of juries in traffic courts, family courts, and criminal courts is one of the most significant ways in which tyrants have stripped We the People of the protections guaranteed to us by our Constitution.
It is long past time that the right to trial by jury is guaranteed to all Americans as constitutionally required. And, it is long past time that we remind our jurors that their right to judge both the facts and the law is part of the fundamental rights and responsibilities of self government as guaranteed by our constitution and secured by brave men like Bushnell, Penn, and Pitt that goes back literally thousands of years. Only by reaffirming the right of We the People to be the ultimate arbiter in legal matters can we wrest control of our courts from the professional legal class that claims a monopoly on our laws.
A Jim Duensing Administration would prosecute any and every judge for violating the rights protected by our 7th Amendment for refusing to fully inform a jury and / or for refusing to seat a jury if a defendant or a civil party invoked their right.
Reverse the Militarization and Federalization of Local Law Enforcement
With the growth of the Federal Government and with a concerted effort by pro-government extremist control freaks in Byzantium DC to wrest power from local hands and exercise it from the top down, the federal government has come to control the training and practices of our local law enforcement by grants of your tax money. They take it from you through the IRS, then they buy your local law enforcement with it.
That practice stops under a Duensing Administration. Our local law enforcement agents do not need tanks. They do not need asphyxiating speakers to choke crowds with inaudible sounds. They do not need Nazi style helmets and jackboots. They definitely don't need handouts from the federal government or control from the so-called Department of Homeland Security.

With this one simple Hemp for Victory initiative, we could:
1. End our Dependence on Foreign Oil 2. Drastically improve the Air Quality in our cities almost overnight 3. Reinvigorate our struggling Family Farms, and 4. Revitalize America's once flourishing Manufacturing sector
This initiative, is actually more of an Executive Order. On my first day in office, by Executive Order, I will fire all agents employed by the DEA, ATF, and the FDA. While this Executive Order will have many many benefits, chief among them will be the benefit to both our economy and our environment.
1. END OUR DEPENDENCE ON FOREIGN OIL
Currently, America spends about $200,000 per minute on foreign oil. And the prices have risen since the beginning of the undeclared unConstitutional foreign wars of empire in the Middle East. It is long past time we stop trading American blood for higher prices at the gas pumps by switching to Henry Ford's fuel of choice, alcohol produced by Cannabis Hemp.
Cannabis Hemp is better than corn and sugar for conversion into alcohol fuel, because it has 4 times the biomass. For instance, 1 acre of corn produces about 500 gallons of ethanol per year. Whereas one acre of cannabis hemp produces 4000 gallons of ethanol per year. Cannabis Hemp not only has more convertible biomass, it also can be be grown in more places and be harvested multiple times per year. Talk about renewable energy.
By beginning to switch our economy from one dependent upon dirty foreign oil to one powered by clean American Hempanol, America will become both more prosperous and more secure.
2. DRASTICALLY IMPROVE THE AIR QUALITY IN OUR CITIES ALMOST OVERNIGHT
Ethanol and Methanol derived from Cannabis Hemp can be used to create both alcohol fuels for passenger cars and bio-diesel for tractor trailers. With cars in our cities burning clean American alcohol based fuels instead of dirty oil based gasoline and diesel from unstable foreign nations, the air quality in our cities will improve by greatly reducing and eliminating the burning of fossil fuels for our transportation needs.
On Earth Day, it is good for us to pause a moment and honor the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God and our responsibility to take care of the Earth as we have inherited it and to provide a better cleaner environment to the next generation. Switching from dirty foreign oil to clean American Hempanol will both help our local environments and drastically reduce the amount of carbon emissions required by our transportation needs.
3. REINVIGORATE OUR STRUGGLING FAMILY FARMS
Our family farms have been under attack by large multi-national agribusinesses. Eliminating the unConstitutional FDA, DEA, and ATF, thereby encouraging the domestic growth of nature's most versatile plant would offer our family farmers some much needed relief. Cannabis Hemp can be grown to help revitalize the soil during crop rotations. It was George Washington's chief cash crop. It was also a profitable crop for Thomas Jefferson. Indeed, the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence were written on Hemp Paper, it being the strongest and longest lasting paper available.
For literally hundreds of years, up until 1937, Cannabis Hemp was one of America's most grown crops. It competed with wood based paper. Indeed hemp paper is better than wood based paper and can be made more inexpensively. Hemp fiber was used in rope and clothing. Clothing made from hemp fibers lasts for multiple generations. In 1937, William Randolph Hearst and the DuPont Corporation conspired to outlaw their competition. Hearst owned a newspaper empire and had vast timber holdings. DuPont had just invented a new petroleum based fiber - nylon. Hemp fibers were cheaper and better than nylon. Indeed, nylon was an attempt to make a synthetic hemp fiber.
Both Hearst and DuPont pushed the unConstitutional Marijuana Tax Act through Congress during the height of the New Deal Era in 1937. As a result, the agricultural production of Hemp dried up. Before 1937, Cannabis Hemp was a favorite crop of many farmers because it could be planted in virtually any kind of soil, it prevented weeds from taking root, and its uniquely deep root structure was beneficial for the soil. But, it wasn't just for crop rotation purposes, the industrial uses of Hemp are extensive and farmers like George Washington grew it as their primary crop.
4. REVITALIZE AMERICA'S ONCE FLOURISHING MANUFACTURING SECTOR
America doesn't make anything anymore. That's a bit of an exaggeration, but not much of one. We invented the television. Many of our people watch hours of programming per day. Yet, today, we don't produce a single television in any of the 50 states. Since NAFTA and GATT, the giant sucking sound has been heard as the jobs left America and went to Mexico and China. Now, we have very very few manufacturing jobs. And, in my opinion, stacking Big Macs does not constitute a manufacturing job. We need real jobs. That make real things. Where Made in the USA is proudly stamped on the side of some physical tangible item.
The fibers of the Cannabis Hemp plant are the strongest natural fibers in the world. Better than cotton for making clothing. It makes the best rope. Our textile industry was once the best on the planet - and it will be again when our green manufacturing jobs return from our domestic production of Cannabis Hemp. In these troubled economic times, our choice is between importing low quality slave labor t-shirts from China or producing the highest quality fine clothing right here in America. The choice is clear.
SAVING OUR ECONOMY AND IMPROVING OUR ENVIRONMENT
By effectively eliminating a couple of unConstitutional federal agencies, we can help get our economy off of life-support at the same time we reduce our carbon footprint. Our nation can once again produce some of our own products and soon enough become an economic powerhouse exporting our high quality goods to foreign markets. This measure will eliminate our dependence on and importation of dirty foreign oil at the same time it helps our economy become an exporter of manufactured goods. Let's quit spending $200,000 a minute on dirty foreign oil and start spending $200,000 a minute on clean renewable American energy. If it improves GDP just 1 point, if it creates just one job, if it saves just one planet, let freedom ring.
Homesteading
When our nation was formed from a bunch of rebellious European colonies, it populated the rest of North America through homesteading, offering serfs indentured to the land in Europe unprecedented opportunities of freedom and prosperity. This, like nothing else before or since, democratized land and home ownership. And, it was the foundation of America's unprecedented economic growth. Today, our Federal Government lays claim to large unused land masses all across our nation. In Nevada alone, for example, the Federal government lays claim to more than 90% of the land in the state. It is time to redistribute the land and wealth of this nation to the people of this nation. Under a Duensing Administration, the practice of homesteading will allow hard-working Americans the opportunity to build self-sufficient communities with the use of their labor and the abundant natural resources of our wealthy country.
Revitalize our Agricultural Strength by Fostering Organic Family Farms
The real strength of an economy is in its ability not just to sustain its people, but also to provide an abundance of necessities and luxuries. To become a fully evolved functioning economy, that economy must have a strong agricultural base. It must have a strong manufacturing base. Then, as a result, that strong economy will naturally have a strong service sector. The service sector will develop as a consequence of having abundant quality affordable food and world class manufacturing capabilities.
For too long, economists and futurists have tried to convince academics and the public that America and the world have entered a new era in economic development, one where Americans do not need to grow enough food to feed ourselves, one where Americans do not need to produce a single television, despite the amount of time the average American spends watching a television. No, the pro-government extremist control freaks have tried to convince the American people in our Universities and in our Legislatures that the demise of the American economy is actually good for us.
We see a similar pattern in the agricultural industry that we see in others regulated by the Federal government. As federal regulations increase, so do the percentage of the market owned or controlled by large-multi-national agribusiness corporations which are producing the lowest quality food allowed by the law that their lobbyists wrote for our legislators to rubber stamp. On the other hand, the organic family farmer sees new regulations and additional costs of compliance while the multi-national agribusiness firms receive unConstitutional farm subsidies.
The net effect of these tyrannical fascist policies is the enrichment of the wealthy owners of the agribusiness firms - Monsanto, Archer Daniels Midland, etc. Meanwhile, the family farmers, are being squeezed at all ends. And, where they should be thriving, they are struggling to survive because of burdensome unConstitutional regulatory reporting requirements. Slowly but surely, many quality family farms are being sold off to the multinational corporations with no particular loyalties to the American people.
Under a Jim Duensing Administration the rights of the organic family farmer and his customers will be respected above the monopoly powers of large multi-national genetically modified food corporations. America will not become a signatory to any regional or global treaty on food which in any way limits the rights of Free Americans to freely choose and control and afford the food We the People put in our own bodies.
No American Union
Long before NAFTA and GATT, there has been an effort by pro-government extremist control freaks in Byzantium D.C., Canada, and Mexico to erect a super state - a regional government like the European Union in America. They call it the American Union.
The precursor to the American Union is a transcontinental corridor including foreign owned highways and pipelines through the heart of our American nation. Such a scheme is an attempt to bypass American communities as goods move from China to Mexico through America to Canada. NAFTA and GATT worked to reduce the wage rates of those American factories which have not yet been shipped to Mexico or China.
Under a Jim Duensing Administration, America's national sovereignty will be defended against foreign, regional, and global governance schemes. There will be no American Union. There will never be an Amero.
Revitalize American Manufacturing by Abolishing unConstitutional Federal Agencies
America does not make a single television set.
For the great majority of our nation's history we led the world in virtually all forms of manufacturing. This was true even when America was the Crown Jewel of the British Empire. Today, there is not a single manufacturing facility ANYWHERE in any of the 50 states that proudly stamps MADE IN THE USA on a television set. We invented television. Too many of our citizens watch way too much of it. And, we do not make any.
But, it's not just television production where we are slacking. We have lost most of our textile industry. We have lost most of our automobile industry. We have lost most of the factories producing everything from children's toys to radios to computers to t-shirts to automobiles to shoes to damn near every remaining factory in the nation.
Pro-government extremist apologists used to tell us that we had reached a new era in economic development. Society had progressed from an agrarian to an industrial and now to a service economy. The theory states that as long as Americans are the best in service and technology jobs, they don't need to have factories because that physical and tedious labor can be done by some foreigner. Americans will only do the pleasant jobs in big offices - serving each other.
The pro-government extremists wanted us to believe that we shouldn't worry that our food is made in Mexico and our children's lead toys are made in China. They told us we were above the tasks of producing food and making things. Now, we do not make enough food to feed ourselves and we have almost completely lost the greatest most productive best damn manufacturing capabilities on the planet.
Admitting the problem is half the battle. Now, what do we do to bring it back?
First off, we need to remove the federal government from the process completely. This can be done immediately. All industries within any particular state shall be regulated by the states and preferably the local communities most directly effected by the manufacturing facilities. This means that the functions of OSHA, the EPA, etc will be returned - like the Constitution says - to the states or the people respectively.
Locally regulated facilities should be just as safe if not more so than present factories wit hfederal regulators.
And, we need to start buying American where we still can. This means, if we need to raise taxes to balance the budget, we should raise federal taxes on imports. This tax policy will help fund any necessary federal programs while injuring the profits of, for instance, imported Chinese slave labor goods, while helping to get our industries off the ground.
This is similar to the policy that Ronald Reagan followed early in his first administration that allowed for the continued existence of Harley Davidson American made motorcycles. Back in the early 80's, Harley Davidson was almost bankrupt and unable to compete with Japanese motorcycles in an economy ravaged by the hyperinflation and stagnant wages that came to be termed stagflation in the late 1970's.
Reagan increased import taxes on foreign motorcycles for a short time specifically to benefit American motorcycle manufacturers in the domestic market. Long term, everything else being equal, import taxes should be reduced as much as possible. Like all taxes, they shift resources from the productive sector of the economy to the unproductive sector of the economy. But, in our present situation, it may help ease our transition back to an economic powerhouse by taking immediate tax reform measures which benefit domestic manufacturing at the expense of Chinese slave drivers.
End the Fed
The Federal Reserve is not federal and there is no reserve. It is the result of an unConstitutionally diabolical conspiracy by a group of super-wealthy bankers meeting in secret at Jekyll Island. Since their secret meeting, which was officially billed as a “hunting trip” in 1913, the American dollar has lost 98% of its purchasing power. In the hundred years before the Federal Reserve, the American dollar actually increased in value by more than 33%. Commodity based constitutional money is the only long term solution to the systemic monetary problems that our nation and this world are suffering under. Please think of the children. End the Fed.
The most painfree way to End the Fed is to remove the monopoly protections that insulate the Federal Reserve and their hereditary banking families from competition with other money commodities. A Duensing Administration would push for passage of a bill very much like Ron Paul's Free Competition in Currency Act - HR 1098. Freed for compulsory legal tender laws, the American people would be able to choose a money commodity that gained in value instead of one which decreases in value to enrich the banksters.
